These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jdslot ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at jdslot.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features offered by jdslot, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and any associated promotional programmes.

By creating a registered account on jdslot, completing the identity verification process, or placing any wager — whether on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC events, casino games, or any other available market — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jdslot website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at jdslot.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created in accordance with Clause 4 of this Agreement.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other available market through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the minimum total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Winnings" means any amounts credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful Wager, net of the original stake where applicable.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the denomination in which all jdslot accounts are maintained.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual subject to a self-exclusion order, any employee or affiliate of jdslot, or any individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

To register and maintain an account on jdslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. jdslot does not permit gambling by persons under 21, regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum age.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
3. You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of jdslot, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

5. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by jdslot or by any recognised responsible gambling programme.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on jdslot at any given time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jdslot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account sharing — permitting any other person to access or operate your jdslot account — is prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own, and you accept full responsibility for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your registered account.

In accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements, jdslot requires all players to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. We may also require re-verification at any time if we have reasonable grounds to do so.

The standard KYC documentation required is as follows:

jdslot will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. jdslot reserves the right to freeze account balances pending the outcome of a KYC review.

General bonus terms that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balances.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, AFC Cup competitions, and UFC/MMA events — are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the Platform's sportsbook section at the time of bet placement.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised within the permitted window.
• jdslot reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Notification of voided bets will be provided to the affected player.
• In the event of a market suspension, in-play bets that were not fully processed at the time of suspension may be voided at jdslot's discretion.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page. jdslot reserves the right to restrict the maximum bet size for any individual player account without advance notice.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer on-screen and the underlying certified RNG systems. Technical disconnections that occur during a game round do not automatically void the bet; the game outcome will stand as determined by the platform's server-side record.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written permission from jdslot.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Placing bets on the outcome of events where you have access to material non-public information (insider information).
• Attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdslot staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the jdslot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of jdslot or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from jdslot.

The jdslot name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any format — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

jdslot provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdslot shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by system errors, provided that we take reasonable steps to remedy such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In all cases, jdslot's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of your real-money account balance at the time of the relevant incident.

jdslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to a range of self-management tools, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

jdslot reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• The player is a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to jdslot.
• Account activity suggests involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jdslot will retain any balances in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, jdslot reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jdslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or by our licensing authority, in which case they may take immediate effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jdslot holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and jdslot, you should first contact our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution body designated by jdslot's licensing authority.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class-action proceedings or consolidated claims with other players are not permitted under this Agreement.
